55 neighbourhoods in Catalonia are beneficiaries of this project that the Catalan Employment Service has promoted.

The "Treball als barris" - Working in the neighbourhoods project of the Catalan Employment Service is a series of actions of an occupational nature and locally developed aimed at the inhabitants of the neighbourhoods selected in Law 2/2004, of the 4 June, on the improvement of neighbourhoods and urban areas and towns that require special attention, later developed by Decree 369/2004, of the 7 September.
