The unemployment benefit you receive is calculated on the basis of the worker’s regulatory base. The regulatory base will be the average of the base rates for work-related accidents and illness, excluding payment for overtime, for which the company has made Social Security contributions for the worker in the 180 days prior to the date of legal unemployment or the moment at which the obligation to contribute ended.
