FORMA'T Programme (GET TRAINED)
The benchmark programme in the training sphere addressed to workers
The Catalan Employment Service offers, with the co-funding of the European Social Fund, up to a total of € 26,310,000 for the development of training addressed to employed workers in one of the following spheres:
- Languages: includes both foreign languages associated with a job and Catalan lessons for the purposes of improving the worker’s oral and written language skills.
- Prevention of occupational risks: includes the theoretical and practical training in risk prevention matters, which is sufficient and appropriate to the workplace or the function of each worker. Preferably, the training is directed at preventing the most common injuries.
- Transfer of knowledge: any other training activity that represents an improvement in the worker’s professional skills. .
