Catalogue of all jobs difficult to hold
With the publication of RD 2393/2004, 30th December, which develops the Law 4/2000 about rights and liberties of foreign persons in Spain, it was created a new tool that makes the hiring of foreign workers easier. This tool consists of the catalogue of all jobs difficult to hold (with a three-monthly validity).
The catalogue collects all jobs difficult to hold of all companies registered at Oficines de Treball del Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya.
When a company needs to hold a job (included in the catalogue) can bring the job offer to the corresponding Foreign Office, in a direct way.
