Catalogue of all jobs difficult to hold

The catalogue of all jobs difficult to hold includes the occupations of which it is permitted to employ a non-community foreigner who is in their country of origin.

This Catalogue is produced quarterly and in Catalonia is the responsibility of the Immigration Commission of the Management Council of the SOC. This Commission is made up of members of the business and trade union organisations and representatives of the municipal associations and federations with representation on this Management Council along with the heads of the SOC.

Its production is based on the data regarding registered job offers, the job offers processed by the S Occupational Public Service, the contracts drawn up and the placements by job, and follows the procedure established by the Ministry of Employment and Immigration in accordance with the State Gazetteer number 292 of 7.12.2005.
