Promotion of the indefinite hiring of disabled workers coming from an occupational enclave

Helps and subventions

Indefinite hiring of disabled workers coming from an occupational enclave. In order to help them in the the transition from special centres to undertakings in the ordinary labour market.

Requirements for workers

  • Be a worker with 33% or higher inability degree (recognized)
  • Coming from an occupational enclave
  • Belong to one of the two associations specified in the article 6.2 a) o b) of the R.D. 290/2004, of 20th February.

Requirements for companies

  • Any company able to formalize an occupational enclave contract with a Special Work Center.

Incentives

The company can obtain:

  • Subvention of 7.814 euro for each job contract.
  • 100 % bonus in the Social Security business tax.
  • Subvention for adapting the place (elimination of architectural barriers).
