Forma't Programme (Get trained)

FORMA'T (GET TRAINED) programme the benchmark programme in the sphere of training addressed to workers

The Catalan Employment Service offers, with co-funding from the European Social Fund, to a total of 26,310,000 euros for the development of training aimed at employed workers in one of the following spheres:

  1. Languages: includes learning both languages that are associated with a job and Catalan, for the purposes of improving the worker’s oral and written language skills.
  2. Prevention of occupational risks: includes the theoretical and practical training in matters of risk prevention, which is sufficient and appropriate to the workplace or function of each worker. The training is ideally directed at preventing the most common injuries.
  3. Transfer of knowledge: any other training activity that represents an improvement in the worker’s professional skills.
