How to become an entity or collaborating centre in terms of occupational training courses

In a generic sense, the "collaborating organizations" of the SOC all those legal organizations which collaborate with SOC actions (grants, agreements, contracts, etc).

Most of the actions are developed in "centres", understood as places or addresses where the agreed actions are carried out. In fact, an organization can have several centres.

All organizations and their centres must fulfill the requirements specified in the programme/announcement of the SOC. When an organization can carry out an activity, we call it "collaborating organization". This collaboration is registered in accordance with the specifications of the programme, specialities and agreements.

Only some SOC announcements require previous register at census to apply for the activities. The requirements include several programmes for unemployed persons, financed through the Pla d'Inserció i Formació Professional (FIP), with the following announcements:

  • Social guarantee programmes.
  • Occupational Training courses actions addressed to unemployed persons. These actions are related to the Catàleg de Qualificacions Professionals de Catalunya.

When you ask for previous register at census, the process to obtain it is:

  1. The legal organization (applicant) must have a centre with experience in training courses and the suitable equipment to develop the activity. (You can see the requirements of training courses specialities of the Pla FIP at: http://www.inem.es/inem/ciudadano/formacion_ocupa/especialidades/programas.html
  2. The organization registers the application to the corresponding SOC territorial services (forms, list of attached documents, etc.).
  3. The SOC writes a technical report about the application.
  4. The organization receives the SOC resolution about the register at the census of the centres, of each speciality and centre.
