Selection tests
The selection tests are done in order to add complementary information to the job interview, evaluating the abilities, attitudes and aptitudes of the applicant related to the style of the company.
Companies can compare in a simultaneous way several candidacies easily, evaluating not only the professional and personal aspects but also the behaviour in the society.
