The Professional aim
All jobs have requirements. A simple job also requires to know some procedures, tools or materials. We must also accept the work conditions (timetable, environment, etc.) Maybe we need specific physical characteristics or abilities.
We must know what kind of jobs we are ready to accept or reject and the reasons to do it.
It’s very important to specify the sector when we are looking for a job. Then we will know our professional aim: an appropriate job according to our personal and professional characteristics.
The professional aim is the perfect job for each person. Thus we can define the professional project.
We must take into account that the professional aim can change. It’s possible that, as time goes by, you discover that your job is not perfect. Then you can change or adapt your aim at the circumstances.
We are not saying that you can’t work in temporary jobs not related with your professional aim. Sometimes, our economy makes not posible to choose our job. So, in this case, we must accept the first job offer but, meanwhile, we can also look for the perfect job.
The time we spend thinking about our professional aim is an investman which will show its results in a near future.
