Labour market trends
25 years ago, working was being always part of a company, with an indefinite contract, a regular timetable and a collective agreement to improve the labour conditions every year.
During the last quarter of the 20th century, changes in labour society have been very strong. The globalization, especially in communications, markets and financial exchanges, has produced, a new division in the work and decentralizations.
Companies are interested in fixed profiles and they take into account the new ways of working.
