Medical insurance

The European health card offers health coverage in case of illness or accident.

They process it at any Social Security offices. You only have to show your health card (1 year validity for workers or their family and 4 years validity for pensioners). This card has also validity in the European Union countries, in the Common Economic European Space and Switzerland.

There also established bilateral agreements with several countries out of the European Union to access the health assistance.
