Verbal communication rules
The verbal communication is all what we say. Some rules to have a good verbal communication:
Basic behaviours
- Prepare the answers and the way to express them. Avoid monosyllable words, colloquial or complicated vocabulary.
- Use the same language than the interviewer.
- Questions to the interviewer.
- Positive reformulation.
- Positive commentaries about your hobbies, interests and aims, and also about your work experience (successes).
- Commentaries about your motivation.
- Speak self-confident.
- Don’t use negative information.
