Legal ways

  • Individual employer. The person who develops an economic activity in a ontinuous an organized way. This person is generally known as self-employed.
  • Civil society. Two or more persons invest money, goods or time to develop an economic activity.
  • Co-operative. Legal organization with several persons with the same socio-economic interests or needs, Their ami is to offer a product or service.
  • Public limited company. The partners have collaborated with common resources to develop some commercial activity to achieve benefits.
  • Limited liability company . A mercantile and legal way. The social capital is divided in equal, inseparable participations, which can be accumulated. We can’t call them shares.
  • Collective society. Mercantile society with unlimited responsibility. All partners are involved in sharing the same rights and obligations under a collective name.
  • Limited partnership. Mercantile society with two kinds of partners: the general partners (they have a responsibility in accordance with the capital brought and they don’t participate in the management) and the limited partners (they manage the society).
  • Public limited labour company. Between the co-operative and the public limited company. There are non-worker capitalist partners, worker partners and non-partner workers.
