Women

The increasing access of women to work is one of the most important changes in the last decades.

But this increasing access doesn't implies an increasing equality between men and women. The wage inequality, the greater presence of women in temporary and part-time jobs, in the lowest categories are some of the inequalities of women in the current labour market.

There are different ways of hiring women in order to favour the incorporation of the woman into the labour market. Several organizations work for the woman work placement.

There are different kind of organizations: the ones which are addressed to women with low qualification, for enterprising women and for all women from an specific community.
