Disabled persons

Disabled persons

Disabled persons can develop any job in accordance with their abilities, as any other people.

A lot of disabled persons are trained to develop a job. They can work at any sector (bank, human resources, lawyers, cook auxiliary, printers, operators, gardeners, carpenters, cleaning and handling sectors, etc.).

We must take into account the high productivity of these persons in the screening process.

The most affected persons work at Special Work Centres with technical support. These kind of companies work as any other company and they follow commercial criterions.

All companies that hire disabled persons will have economic profits:

  • Tax benefits on the Social Security for temporary and permanent hire.
  • Learning practices (contract).
  • Subventions for job adaptation.

On the other hand, the Administration has established positive measures: all companies of 50 or more workers are obliged to employ at least 2% of disabled workers.

Special Work Centres

There are several Special Work Centres. You will find them, all classified by region and activity, on the following website:

Another way of work placement for disabled persons is the ordinary company. The work with support technology makes possible this option.
